📦 Returns & Refunds
At Mario’s Macs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🔁 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- With all security stickers intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
❌ Items we cannot accept
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Displays that are in used condition, or damaged
- Items with tampered or missing security stickers
- Returns made after 30 days
🛡 Warranty Coverage
All screens come with a 90-day warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional faults
This does not cover accidental damage such as cracked screens or liquid damage.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping.
If you are returning the item for any other reason (e.g. wrong item ordered), you will be responsible for return postage.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Reason for return
- Photos or video if the item is faulty or damaged
We will reply with a return address and instructions.
Package the item securely with all original packaging and accessories.
Send the item using a tracked service and share the tracking number with us.
