💻 What kind of MacBook screens do you sell?
We supply premium replacement displays for MacBook Air and Pro models. All our screens are:
- Factory-sealed in secure packaging
- Thoroughly tested before dispatch
- Covered by a 90-day warranty
- Supplied with complimentary installation tools
📦 When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3 pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery, depending on the item.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is typically next working day. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
🔁 Do you offer returns?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition. Please contact us to request a return. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
🧰 Do your screens include installation tools?
Yes, tools are included with every display. We recommend professional installation unless you're confident handling MacBook repairs. If you need a fitting service, feel free to contact us.
🛠 Do your screens support True Tone?
No. Due to Apple’s hardware encryption on M1, M2, and M3 MacBooks, True Tone cannot be restored after a screen replacement unless it is done by Apple.
They use proprietary calibration tools unavailable to third-party repairers. To retain True Tone, the display must be replaced at an Apple Store or authorised service provider, which typically costs between £600 and £1,000.
All other display features (brightness, resolution, colour accuracy) will work perfectly with our screens.
🛡 Do your screens come with a warranty?
Yes! All displays include a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
- Covers manufacturing defects and functional faults
- Does not cover accidental or physical damage (e.g. cracked screens, bent corners, liquid ingress)
- Security stickers must be intact for any warranty claim to be accepted
If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the screen is unused and in its original condition.
🧾 Do you provide VAT invoices?
No. We are not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on purchases and VAT invoices are not available.
